LUNCH TIME! WHEEEE!!! I LOVE CARBS!!!!!

I feel sooooooo much better.  Me, my tummy, and my brain are happy now.  Carbs, carbs, carbs!!!  Yay!

Apple bran muffin and skinny latte for breakfast:






I just had the Healthy Choice Country Breaded Chicken entree that has chicken breast strips in country gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and caramel apple multigrain crisp.  YUMMY!  The dinner has only 340 calories and 560 mg sodium.
