Low Carb Sucks!

I positively cannot do low carb.  It makes me physically sick.  Eggs and bacon -- NO TOAST! 

My body completely revolted.  I felt just plain awful all day. 

I stuck with the breakfast and the lunch of grilled chicken ceasar salad.
By 3:00 o'clock I was manic for some carbs.

Dinner was a bbq sandwich and fries.

No surprise that the scale didn't budge.

Granted, I could have done MUCH beter than a bbq sandwich and fries.

Back to sane eating today.

Muffin and skinny latte for breakfast.

Healthy Choice entree and veggies for lunch.

Mimi's Asian chopped salad and fruit for dinner.
