Calories Required to Lose Weight Calculator

I found a wonderful website that lets you enter your age, height and weight and your weight loss goal (how many pounds in how many months).  It then gives you a list week-by-week of the calories you need to eat to lose that amount of weight.  Supposedly you don't stall and plateau if you follow the guidelines, as you gradually decrease your calories each week.
