Weigh-in #2

4 POUNDS!!!!!!  I can't believe it.  Even with my pie-eating day!  I stepped on the scale three times just to make sure.  WOO HOO!!!!!

Yesterday was quite busy and I didn't have time to write, but this is what I had:

McDonald's bacon and cheese bagel (no egg, no sauce), one hashbrown, and water (550 calories)

for Lunch:  1/2 cobb salad (about 400 cal)

for dinner:  hamburger and small fries (600 calories)

Not the healthiest choices for sure!  Goals for this week:  More fat-free dairy, fruits and vegetables.  More exercise.
