Here's the menu and calorie counts for today:

Breakfast:  skinny latte, apple bran muffin (keeps you regular) (440 calories)

Lunch:   chipotle grilled chicken on multigrain roll (335 calories)
             1/2 apple (30 calories)
             small peach (50 calories)
             cookies (100 calories)

Dinner:  shrimp cocktail (120 calories)
             talapia  (210 calories)
             brocoli  (45 calories)
             salad with fat-free red wine viniagrette (remove croutons) (90 calories)
             1/2 baked potatoe (155 calories)            
TOTAL:  1,570 calories
