Day Two

I lost 1.4 pounds on the first day.  I am home today with a cold.  I had oatmeal with apple and raisins, and some oj for breakfast.  Because of the cold, will probably have some chicken noodle soup, toast, and o.j. for lunch.  Dinner will be another Healthy Choice entree of lemon pepper fish, brocoli, rice medly and apple crisp for 300 calories.  I will add 50 cal. brussel sprouts and a side salad. 

How I wish this cold would go away!

I'm impressed! That's terrific Heather.. not the cold but the weight loss! Get better soon though! :o)
