Not going to weigh myself. Nope. Not gonna happen. Didn't go to Mimi's last night -- went to Cracker Barrell. Had 1 biscuit with jelly and butter and 3/4 of a corn muffin. Then chowed down on some chicken and rice, lima beans and corn. Didn't end there. Had a skinny latte and 2 mini cookies. I know the sodium was really high in the food I ate.
I will work on some damage control though, go to the store, and load up on healthy stuff. That was part of the problem last week. I didn't plan things out properly, just kind of went by the seat of my pants.
