I'm losing weight folks, but it hasn't been fun. I have been forced to eat small meals for the past couple of days due to my hernia acting up (it's above my belly button). Went a little overboard on house-cleaning the other day, and moved a certain way, and wham! I am trying to wait this thing out and hope it will get better. Good news: weight loss, and more money in my wallet because I haven't been out shopping!

Hernia Diet
